Jon Shapiro is a partner in the firm’s Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. His practice is focused on securities litigation, government enforcement actions and commercial litigation. Jon has expertise in a wide range of securities matters, including class actions, securities fraud and M&A litigation. He has litigated class actions, challenges to corporate transactions and governance, and other matters regarding allegations of fraud and breach of fiduciary duty, including jury and bench trials.
