Jon’s practice is focused on acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, product marketing, project development, and project financing within the oil and gas (upstream and downstream, LNG liquefaction, and regasification), power (conventional and renewables), chemicals, and other energy-related infrastructure sectors. Based in Asia since 2007, Jon has advised on many of the highest profile energy transactions across the Asia-Pacific region in recent years. His broad client base includes leading Japanese trading houses and energy companies and other prominent project developers and sponsors, as well as a number of Asian host government entities.
Career
Jon is admitted to practice in England and Wales and is qualified in Japan (Gaikokuho-Jimu-Bengoshi).
