John Papachristos

John Papachristos is the Co-Head of Cahill's Private Credit practice group and a member of the firm's Banking & Finance and Capital Markets practice groups. John represents leading direct lenders, private credit funds, other institutional investors and investment banks in corporate finance transactions, including leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and recapitalization transactions. He has extensive experience in structuring and executing traditional first lien, unitranche, stretch senior, second lien and subordinated loan transactions, structured equity investments, including non-traditional preferred stock financings, and equity co-investments, as well as Rule 144A high yield debt offerings and syndicated loan transactions.
