Edward Moss, Chair of Cahill's Antitrust Litigation practice group and Co-Chair of the Commercial Litigation practice group, is an experienced and business-minded trial lawyer who represents companies and individuals in a wide range of high-stakes commercial litigation matters, with a focus on securities, antitrust, and merger-and-acquisition-related lawsuits. He has practiced, and tried cases, in courts throughout the country.
He represents an array of clients, including financial institutions, private-equity firms, airlines, healthcare and pharmaceutical companies, technology providers, and professional sports franchises. He works diligently to provide his clients with practical advice and favorable results under challenging circumstances. Edward also maintains an active pro bono docket, including having tried three pro bono cases.
