John J. D'Andrea

John D'Andrea is responsible for lateral partner growth across the firm. An enthusiastic supporter of Faegre Drinker's culture of camaraderie, collegiality, and diversity and inclusion, he is committed to building relationships with new partners joining the firm which are lasting and mutually rewarding.

John is an experienced, highly regarded legal practitioner who represents many of the largest health care institutions in the country in a broad range of transactional and regulatory matters. He works with clients to structure mergers and acquisitions, partnerships and joint ventures, and has extensive experience in provider alignment, including physician recruitment and engagement, and managed care contracting transactions. In particular, John is an authority on physician practice-alignment transactions. In all areas of his practice, John brings an understanding of the underlying business dynamics and drivers, and of clients’ businesses, positioning him to effectively assist them in executing strategic transactions that advance their clinical, business and other goals.
