Recent landmark case: Schenker Ltd v Negocios Europa Ltd, 2017: Ground breaking London Mercantile Court judgement clarifying key legal point for UK air freight industry. The ruling in a case brought by John Habergham/Myton Law for client Schenker Ltd established that the English Law precedent against ‘set-off’ in freight matters applies not only to goods moved by sea and road, but also by air.

Qualified 1994. 17 years specialising in logistics/shipping at another firm inc eight years as partner. Co-founded Myton Law in 2010. Director of Myton Law. Heads logistics team.
