Jochem Kin specializes in corporate tax and international tax law. He focuses on advising both Dutch domestic and international companies on M&A transactions, restructurings and financing transactions. Jochem has extensive experience in the tax aspects of setting up fund structures and management participation structures.
After having worked in the international tax practice of EY, he joined the international law firm Allen & Overy LLP in 2002. He is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers.
Jochem joined VanLoman as partner in June 2018.
Jochem studied corporate law and tax law at the University of Utrecht and started his professional career at EY in the international tax practice. From 2002 until 2018, Jochem was part of the tax team at Allen&Overy LLP in Amsterdam.
