Jo Carr-West

Jo is a partner in Hunters’ family team specialising in complex high value financial claims on divorce, with a particular focus on business, trust and inherited assets. Jo also regularly advises on wealth protection through nuptial agreements, as well as on claims arising on the breakdown of cohabiting relationships. Jo also has extensive experience advising on arrangements for children, with particular expertise on disputes relating to the international relocation of children.

Attracting high profile clients and complex cross-border cases, Jo is regarded as a talented negotiator and litigator, known for her creative and solutions-focused approach, sensitivity and pragmatism. Jo received a Woman of the Year – Future Leaders (Gold) award at the Citywealth Powerwomen Awards 2020.

Jo is a trained mediator and collaborative lawyer.

Jo joined Hunters on qualification in 2004, becoming a Partner in 2016.
