Jo Carr-West

Jo is a partner in Hunters’ Family & Relationships team, specialising in complex high value financial claims on divorce. Her focus includes business, trust and inherited assets. Jo also provides advice on wealth protection through nuptial agreements and handles claims arising from the breakdown of cohabiting relationships. She has extensive experience advising on arrangements for children, particularly disputes related to international child relocation.

Known for her creative and solutions-focused approach, Jo attracts high-profile clients and handles complex cross-border cases. She is regarded as a talented negotiator and litigator, demonstrating sensitivity and pragmatism. In 2020, Jo received a Woman of the Year – Future Leaders (Gold) award at the Citywealth Powerwomen Awards.

Jo is a trained mediator and collaborative lawyer.

Jo joined Hunters on qualification in 2004 and became Partner in 2016.
