Senior Partner Henry heads Hunters’ family department, bringing over 25 years’ experience in HNW family cases. Henry is highly esteemed for his skilled and considered approach to complex, high-value financial remedy cases, often with cross-border elements. Henry has particular expertise with landed estates; his farming background means he is alert to their complexities, including dynastic trusts, partnerships and liquidity. Henry also frequently acts for financiers, entrepreneurs, professionals and other HNW clients and their spouses and is regularly instructed in UHNW nuptial agreements, including those with international elements.

Henry is accomplished in sensitive children cases, where his expertise and understanding are highly regarded. He has a strong Dispute Resolution base as an acclaimed mediator and is a trained family law arbitrator (finance) and collaborative lawyer. Henry is an Accredited Resolution Specialist in advanced financial provision and private children law.

Career

Henry joined Hunters in 1985, becoming a partner in 1991 and head of the Family department in 2000.

Personal

Married with five children, Henry lives in London and Dorset, where he farms (in a non-executive capacity!).
