Practice Areas
Jo’s practice focuses on HNW and UHNW financial remedy cases, with a particular interest in cases involving assets held in trust and family partnership structures, both onshore and offshore.
Jo is experienced in advising on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements to assist clients in protecting their financial interests in the event that their marriage comes to an end.
Jo advises on private law disputes concerning arrangements for children, with a strong reputation for her expertise in domestic and international relocation applications, and extensive experience advising in high conflict cases.
A successful mediator, Jo offers mediation for separating couples seeking to agree financial and child arrangements.
Career
Jo joined Hunters’ family department on qualification in 2004, becoming a partner in 2016 and joining the firm’s Management Committee in 2020.
Professional Memberships
Jo is a member of Resolution, the family law solicitors’ association. Jo has been a member of Resolution’s Pensions Tax and Financial Remedies Committee since 2014, and was appointed as the committee’s Chair in 2022.
