Jin Hee is a Finance partner in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, who is known for being a “trusted advisor” and who provides clients with the attention and problem solving creativity that helps clients meet their objectives. She has extensive experience advising private equity firms, portfolio companies and public and private corporate borrowers, as well as hedge funds, asset managers and alternative capital sources. Her practice includes financings throughout the capital structure, including senior and junior secured, unitranche and mezzanine or Holdco financings in the context of leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, refinancings and for general corporate needs. Jin Hee has led domestic and cross-border transactions for clients in various sectors, including biotech, retail, manufacturing, telecommunications, media, cleantech and financial services.
