Jianyuan Cui

Cui Jianyuan is a professor at the School of Law, Tsinghua University. He is recognised for his specialism in contract law while also exhibiting solid knowledge in property law. He maintains a busy practice which sees him handle arbitration proceedings at SHIAC, SIAC, CIETAC and BAC.

崔建远先生是清华大学法学院的教授。他以合同法领域的专业知识而受到认可，在物权法领域亦积淀了扎实的专业知识。他积极参与仲裁工作，处理在上海国际仲裁中心、新加坡国际仲裁中心、中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会和北京仲裁委员会的仲裁案。
