Attorney Ma Jiangtao skillfully advises on complex corporate and investment disputes, with additional capability in administrative litigation cases. He is often called upon to handle mandates from SOEs and foreign companies.

Career

Attorney Ma joined Dacheng in 1995 and has been a partner for 20 years during his career. From April 2019 to January 2021, as the Director of the Dacheng China Management Committee (CEO), he has not only successfully completed the "ten-year strategy" for Dacheng, but also travelled between places for over 200 hours to led the negotiation of the merger between “Dacheng大成” and Dentons, assisting the firm in achieving a leap forward in the Chinese legal profession. Since 2008, he has served successively as the deputy director of Management Committee, the director of the Supervisory Committee and the member of the Global Board in Dentons, becoming an outstanding leader who has witnessed the development of Dacheng Law Firm.
