Lawyer Jian Gu, Co-leader of the Dacheng China Dispute Resolution Committee, Head of the Dacheng Chengdu Dispute Resolution Group, and Senior Partner. Admitted to practice in 1998, Lawyer Jian Gu has accumulated extensive experience over his 27-year career in leading his team in both non-contentious matters and litigation/arbitration. His litigation practice focuses on complex and challenging commercial disputes, including commercial litigation and arbitration. He has a track record of successful cases before the Supreme People's Court, the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), various levels of people's courts, and multiple arbitration commissions.
