Career

Jesús López Tello joined Uría Menendez as a partner in 1995. After nine years serving the Spanish Tax authorities, he joined Uría Menéndez for developing the firm's tax practice.

Jesús has more than 25 years of experience advising domestic and foreign individuals and companies on tax related matters.

He focuses on M&A, business combinations, structuring groups and activities, taxation of financial transactions and issuance of equity and debt instruments. He is also actively engaged on tax litigation matters, such a tax investigations, tax disputes and tax criminal offences.

His innovative approach to legal matters connected to taxes has been widely recognized by international specialized media.
