Jessica Arthur

Jessica Arthur is Senior Associate and Head of the Corporate, Commercial and Regulatory Practice at Rizek Abogados. She graduated magna cum laude in Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) in 2010. She holds an LL.M. in International Business and Foreign Trade and an LL.M. in Alternative Dispute Resolution, both awarded with Honors by the University of Barcelona in 2011. In 2020, she completed a specialized program in Administrative Law at the University of Valladolid, Spain.

Jessica leads the firm's Corporate, Commercial and Regulatory Practice, advising multinational corporations, financial institutions, foreign investors and leading domestic companies on complex corporate and commercial transactions, cross-border investments, mergers and acquisitions, telecommunications, regulatory compliance and strategic business operations. She has extensive experience assisting clients in highly regulated industries, with a particular focus on telecommunications, technology, infrastructure, logistics and foreign investment.

Her practice encompasses corporate restructurings, governance matters, commercial contracts, public procurement, labor and tax advisory, intellectual property, and regulatory licensing. She regularly advises clients throughout the entire business lifecycle, from market entry and corporate structuring to high-value transactions, regulatory strategy and day-to-day corporate governance.

Jessica has represented clients in complex commercial negotiations and strategic transactions, including the recovery of substantial claims arising from major infrastructure and healthcare projects, the structuring of offshore and trust arrangements, and the implementation of sophisticated corporate reorganizations. She is particularly recognized for delivering commercially focused, business-oriented legal solutions that effectively balance regulatory compliance with her clients' strategic objectives.
