Practice Areas

Partner Jerome (Jerry) B. Tichner focuses his practice on representing hospitals and health systems in transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations and dispositions. He also devotes a significant portion of his practice to representing private equity firms and their platform companies with respect to the acquisition and divestiture of health care-related companies and assets. In recent years, Jerry has led or played a leading role in transactions involving the purchase, sale or affiliation of more than 35 hospitals nationally.

Jerry is a member of the Firm’s Health Industry Advisory Practice Group. While in law school, he was the executive editor of the American Journal of Law & Medicine.
