Jeremy Slattery KC is a leading trial and appellate barrister with extensive experience in a broad range of commercial matters.

Jeremy joined the bar in 2005 and was appointed Senior Counsel in 2019. Since joining the bar, he has developed an extensive practice in commercial litigation with particular expertise in the areas of insurance, competition law, construction disputes, intellectual property, professional negligence, directors duties, confidential information and corporations law.

Jeremy regularly appears in cases in all the Victorian superior jurisdictions. He has also appeared in cases in New South Wales, Western Australia, South Australia and Tasmania. He also appears in the Australian Competition Tribunal.

Jeremy regularly acts for large corporate clients and regulators and has previously acted for Apple Inc, Optus, Toyota Australia, Westpac, CGU Insurance Australia, QBE Insurance, Monsanto Australia, Eli Lilly Australia, Icon Constructions, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, the CSIRO and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
