Jenny McKeown is the global head of the employment, pensions, private wealth, immigration, contentious trusts and corporate tax group at Stephenson Harwood.

Jenny specialises in international contentious trust, probate, succession and high value family disputes. She also has extensive experience acting in pensions disputes.

Jenny's client base includes leading international trust companies, private banks, financial services institutions, high-net-worth individuals and protectors. She has significant experience litigating in England, Jersey, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Singapore and the BVI.

Jenny advises on a full range of matters affecting trustees, protectors, private clients and their advisers including:

- breach of trust claims, often involving allegations of fraud;
