Jenny McKeown is a leading contentious trusts specialist and is the head of the employment, pensions, immigration and private wealth practice group at Stephenson Harwood. Jenny is widely recognised for her experience in complex, high value and sensitive disputes both onshore and offshore, advising trustees, beneficiaries/private individuals and financial services institutions.

She has particular expertise advising on high value multi-jurisdictional disputes often with an Asian focus. Jenny’s experience ranges from advising on technical areas of mistake and construction of trust documentation to applications for disclosure of information and seeking to hold trustees to account. She also has extensive experience in contentious tax matters, including claims against professional advisers for negligent tax advice, recovering assets obtained in breach of trust and acting in cases where the capacity of an individual is in issue.
