Ezio has more than 15 years of experience in the yachting sector and he leads the Stephenson Harwood yacht practice in Paris. He specialises in transactional work and regularly represents buyers, sellers and builders on all aspects of shipbuilding, as well as on the sale and purchase of second-hand yachts. He has extensive experience of negotiating with shipyards, designers and contractors all over the world.

He also regularly advises financial institutions and investors in connection with pre- and post-delivery mortgage financings and leasing arrangements. He is a regular contributor to webinars, articles and events on yachting and finance. Ezio’s extensive experience also includes technical expert procedures, arbitration and yacht arrest.

Ezio speaks Italian, English and French. He is qualified in England and Wales and admitted to the French and Italian bars.
