JENNIFER SAULINO is a global co-leader of Sidley’s Product Liability practice and a First Chair trial lawyer. A fellow of the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers, Jennifer combines her decades as a trial lawyer in large, complex, high-profile, document-intensive trials, together with her years as a criminal fraud prosecutor, to handle civil and criminal trial matters by mastering complex facts with an eye toward creating clear, direct, simple presentations to teach juries and judges, empowering them to make the right decision based on understanding the facts and law while resisting emotion or anger. She sees the whole picture at all times throughout the trial preparation and execution and designs her trial presentations and examinations to convey her planned message.
