She represents sponsors and institutional investors in a range of real estate investments and transactions. Jennifer co-leads the firm’s Real Estate & Funds Practice Group and serves on the firm’s managing policy committee.

She often represents real estate private equity clients in connection with joint ventures, asset and entity-level acquisitions and dispositions, and related transactions.
