I trained and qualified at Fieldfisher, quickly rising to Partner. Alongside my law degree, I also have a Master's in biomedical sciences.
I work exclusively for claimants in high-value, catastrophic personal injury and fatal accident cases. I focus on fully understanding a person's injuries, the impact on their lives and their long-term prognosis to be able to quickly access funds to provide financial support and rehabilitation.
My caseload is complex, including brain injury and serious orthopaedic injuries, including amputees. A keen competitive cyclist myself, I run cycling claims with passion and expertise and regularly campaign to make London's roads safer and work with clients where appropriate to raise awareness in the press.
I never shy away from fighting for rightful justice for my clients and recently achieved a multi-million-pound settlement for a cyclist seriously injured following collision with an HGV, despite the insurers initially denying liability in full.
I attract work based on my reputation and regularly take over cases that are not progressing the way a Claimant deserves.
I put all my skill and energy into ensuring my clients receive what they are due. This tenacious attitude makes me stand out in my field.
An important part of my job is to work closely with medical practitioners, to share information, and to inform the public. I recently hosted an amputee conference at our London office focussing on providing early input to achieve functional outcomes for my clients. This was attended by Paralympians, prosthetic engineers and medical specialists. I have organised in the past conferences to educate on maxillofacial injuries, psychiatric injuries, pain and polytrauma.
I have a long association with the Limbless Association and the London Air Ambulance charity.
I am a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
