Jeff Harvey litigates civil disputes and has developed significant experience in personal injury defense cases, issues involving non-subscribers to workers’ compensation, and catastrophic injury litigation. Jeff also routinely handles matters involving landowner/production company disputes, employer liability/employee injuries, premises liability, general negligence, products liability, insurance coverage disputes, bad faith, subrogation, property damage, breach of contract, DTPA, construction disputes, and municipal liability. His practice involves disposition of cases through jury trial and arbitration. Jeff is also a certified mediator and arbitrator.

Jeff’s practice has always involved representation of employers, energy companies, restaurants, nursing homes, manufacturers, transportation companies, and utility companies related to catastrophic accidents.
