She has spent more than two decades advising private equity firms, their portfolio companies, corporates, and other borrowers on a wide range of transactions, including complex cross-border acquisition and leveraged financings, bank/bond financings, asset-based loans, bridge financings, investment grade loans, post-IPO facilities, and other secured lending transactions.
