Jason C. White litigates intellectual property disputes involving patents, design patents, trademarks, trade dress, unfair competition, and trade secrets. Experienced in bench and jury trials throughout the United States, including before District Courts, the International Trade Commission, and the US Court of International Trade, Jason has served as lead counsel in several recent trials. He also represents clients in appellate proceedings and has argued many cases before the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Additionally, Jason serves as the head of the Chicago intellectual property practice, a co-leader of the firm’s cross-practice technology initiative, and a co-leader of the technology intellectual property disputes practice.
