Jason is a partner based in our Hong Kong office. Jason is a corporate lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in acting for Hong Kong listed companies on their M&As, public takeovers and floatation of companies on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Recently, he has advised S.F. Holding Co., Ltd. (Asia's largest logistics provider by 2023 revenue) on its global offering and listing on the Main Board of HKEX, which is second-largest listing in Hong Kong in 2024.Jason is a member of the Global Partnership Council of the firm and is the Head of China Corporate.
