Recently, he has advised S.F. Holding Co., Ltd. (Asia's largest logistics provider by 2023 revenue) on its global offering and listing on the Main Board of HKEX, which is second-largest listing in Hong Kong in 2024.Jason is a member of the Global Partnership Council of the firm and is the Head of China Corporate.
