Jason McQuillen leads the firm's Legal Operations Consulting and AI Advisory practices and is a global leader in the NewLaw space.
Jason co-founded one of the world's first NewLaw firms in London in 2011, then set up the NewLaw practice at a Big Four consulting firm in London before returning to Australia to head up the APAC Legal Operations Transformation business at another Big Four. Prior to becoming a consultant, Jason was a commercial, technology and outsourcing lawyer admitted in Victoria, England and Wales and New South Wales. He has worked with some of largest in-house teams in the world to transform their functions and deliver more value and better outcomes for their internal clients.
Jason has recently received several notable accolades, including being shortlisted for the 2024 FT Innovative Lawyers Awards Asia Pacific. In 2023, he earned a Chambers Band One ranking for LawTech and a Band Two ranking for Legal Process Outsourcing and Contract Lifecycle Management. His achievements in 2022 include winning both the Australia Legal Technology Association Awards and the LegalTech Breakthrough Awards.
