Jason has a diverse and nationwide practice centering on business bankruptcy matters and complex commercial disputes. Since joining the firm, Jason has represented a broad range of clients, including debtors, committees, lenders, litigation trustees, indenture trustees, and secured and unsecured creditors, in both transactional and litigation-related engagements, and he has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation matters pending in federal courts across the country.
