Jason is co-head of Davis Polk’s Finance practice. With over $1.3 trillion in financing representations, Jason has advised on many of the largest and most complex leveraged, investment-grade, bridge, LBO, cross-border, private debt, restructuring and recapitalization transactions in the market. He represents major financial institutions and alternative credit providers alike on a full range of financial products, from large-cap syndicated loans to smaller direct lending transactions.

He is a member of the Practical Law Company’s Finance Advisory Board and a member of the board of Rising Ground, a nonprofit human services organization in New York.
