Jason Howell serves as co-chair of the Advertising, Marketing & Promotions practice and as a member of the Trademark & Copyright practice. He counsels businesses ranging from startups to top Fortune 50 companies in the retail, entertainment, gaming, software, internet, apparel, food and beverage, and advertising industries.

Jason advises clients on marketing, advertising, consumer protection, and regulatory compliance issues, such as advertising claims and substantiation, sale and discount advertising, marketing and sponsorship agreements, product launch and development, contests and sweepstakes, endorsements and influencers, publicity rights, and promotional offers. Jason also represents brands in trademark, false advertising and unfair competition disputes, and collaborates with clients to audit and improve in-house marketing and regulatory compliance programs. He also enjoys co-hosting The AMP Moment podcast, which addresses marketing and promotions law topics and how to improve the practice of law.
