Jason is a Senior Counsel in the Firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department. His practice focuses on complex litigation, investigations and international arbitration. Jason is also Co-Head of the Firm’s White Collar & Investigations Practice. As a former prosecutor and judicial officer, Jason often advises on regulatory and white-collar criminal cases, such as market misconduct, regulatory breaches, corporate fraud and corruption.
Prior to joining Allen & Gledhill, Jason was an Assistant Registrar at the Supreme Court of Singapore. He also previously served as a Deputy Public Prosecutor and State Counsel in the Attorney-General's Chambers of Singapore, and as a Justices’ Law Clerk in the Supreme Court of Singapore.
Vice-President, Law Society of Singapore. Serves on the Law Reform Committee, the Professional Values Chapter and Criminal Legal Assistance Steering Committee, Singapore Academy of Law. Overseas Member, Chancery Bar Association. National Committee, ASEAN Law Association. Honorary Legal Counsel, Singapore Bullion Markets Association.
