Pee Hua Long

Pee Hua’s areas of expertise span REITs, business trusts, capital markets and private funds.

She has extensive experience acting for issuers and underwriters on a wide range of high value and complex transactions, from initial public offerings of REITs and business trusts to the re-structuring of listed trusts like the first internalisation of a trust manager. She continues to advise the REIT and business trust issuers after listing on their whole spectrum of offerings, from follow-on equity offerings, acquisitions and debt transactions, including convertible bond issues, to their regulatory and compliance work.

She also has substantial experience in private fund transactions, having advised many major real estate developers and fund managers in the establishment of their private funds and their restructuring exercises.

Proficient in Mandarin, she frequently advises on Chinese transactions as she reads and writes Chinese. Pee Hua joined the Firm in 2005 after she was called to the Singapore Bar and has been a Partner since 2010.
