Jasna Belčić is an experienced lawyer specializing in labour law and dispute resolution, as well as in commercial law. In her career spanning over 20 years, she worked in renowned law firms in Croatia, where she advised numerous Croatian and international companies operating in various business sectors. She participated in negotiations and advised clients in the formalization of sales contracts, general commercial contracts, incorporation, statutory changes, etc. She also coordinated teams conducting complicated due diligence procedures.

She is experienced in representing parties in litigation, and administrative and misdemeanour proceedings related to labour and commercial law, with a focus on disputes arising from termination of employment relationships, injuries at work, debt collection and damages, as well as construction disputes.

She is a dependable lawyer with a wealth of knowledge and experience. She is dedicated to advising employers on collective redundancies, implementation of procedures for electing employee representatives to works councils within Europe-based companies, and on restructuring and regulatory issues. In addition, Jasna is skilled in drafting complex employment contracts for the purposes of establishing working relationships with clients' members of management and other key employees and often participates in the development of internal employment policies.
