She participated in negotiations and advised clients in the formalization of sales contracts, general commercial contracts, incorporation, statutory changes, etc. She also coordinated teams conducting complicated due diligence procedures.
She is experienced in representing parties in litigation, and administrative and misdemeanour proceedings related to labour and commercial law, with a focus on disputes arising from termination of employment relationships, injuries at work, debt collection and damages, as well as construction disputes.
She is a dependable lawyer with a wealth of knowledge and experience. She is dedicated to advising employers on collective redundancies, implementation of procedures for electing employee representatives to works councils within Europe-based companies, and on restructuring and regulatory issues.
