Career
Olena Manuilenko is the Head of the Intellectual property, Privacy, and Technologies team at DTB.
Olena has long experience in litigation and non-litigation cases relating to intellectual property, media, and technology law, as well as in strategic consulting and provision of daily legal assistance in relation to brand management, marketing, advertising, copyrights, etc.
Since the entry into force of the GDPR, Olena has continuously provided legal advice on various privacy and data protection issues to a myriad of corporate clients. In this area, she has also handled numerous administrative and civil proceedings before courts and regulatory bodies.
Olena has also established her credentials as a certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E).
