National Managing Partner, a Polish-qualified lawyer, experienced in advising international and domestic corporations, investors and developers on major real estate transactions in Poland and in the CEE region. The transactions on which Janusz has advised include among others acquisitions and disposals, joint venture structuring for real estate investments, development-related work and lease agreements including for large scale built-to-suit projects. He has extensive knowledge of all asset classes.
