Janne advises our clients on both domestic and international tax matters in corporate and personal income taxation. He specialises in tax matters related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, international tax law, and tax litigation. Janne has provided comprehensive advice to both Finnish and international companies from all fields of business. In addition to publicly listed companies, he has assisted several family-owned companies and their owners.
Prior to joining Castrén & Snellman, Janne worked at a law firm, a Big4 firm and the Finnish Ministry of Finance.
