She is acknowledged for her contribution to "The Annotated Ordinances of Hong Kong – Arbitration Ordinance (Cap. 609)" published in 2014 (including the 2018 and 2022 Reissue). Janice has spoken extensively on construction and arbitration issues including on security of payment legislation, expert independence, pain/gain sharing, professional negligence and typical claims for time and money.

Janice is also a member of the Inclusion Committee in the Hong Kong office and leads the Women Impact Network of Hogan Lovells Cadwalader ( APAC), which encourage wide participation and support of women in law.
