Janice has spoken extensively on construction and arbitration issues including on security of payment legislation, expert independence, pain/gain sharing, professional negligence and typical claims for time and money.

Janice is also a member of the Inclusion Committee in the Hong Kong office and leads the Women Impact Network of Hogan Lovells Cadwalader ( APAC), which encourage wide participation and support of women in law.
