Ben’s experience at the USTR and his in-depth knowledge of the Greater China market uniquely position him to support his global clients across a broad spectrum of trade issues, including compliance with cross-border export controls and sanctions investigations, tariff and customs issues, sanctions and export control risk management in Hong Kong IPOs, and managing geopolitical risk. He studied Chinese and Chinese law at the prestigious Peking University in China.
