Chris Dobby's practice covers a broad range of cross-border commercial, insolvency, professional negligence including accountants’ liability and fraud related disputes, investigations, asset tracing and recovery actions throughout Asia. He advises banks and other financial institutions including PE funds, insolvency practitioners, officeholders and receivers, global accounting firms, corporates and individuals.
