Jane deals with all areas of private client work, including will drafting, with an emphasis on asset preservation for the families of vulnerable people, tax and estate planning and administration of estates.

She has a particular interest in Court of Protection work, including Deputyships, Statutory Wills, preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney and registering Enduring Powers of Attorney.

Jane also receives a number of referrals from other professionals. For example, fixed fee grant applications where there is a personal injury claim ongoing and statements as to anticipated deputyship costs.
