Jamie Ensor

Jamie is a Partner who leads our Restructuring and Insolvency practice. He acts for insolvency practitioners, secured and unsecured creditors, companies, shareholders and directors in all aspects of restructuring and insolvency, including; examinerships, Part 9 schemes of arrangements, receiverships, liquidations, SCARPs and bankruptcies.

Jamie also represents domestic and foreign banks as well as non-bank lenders in relation to their security enforcement and distressed asset recovery actions. He has extensive experience in complex litigation before the superior courts arising from those restructuring or insolvency mandates.
