Derbhil O'Riordan

Derbhil is a Partner in the Dublin Asset Management and Investment Funds team.

Derbhil advises privately owned and institutional investment managers on the establishment of Irish fund structures investing in private markets, including credit, real estate and private equity and in relation to UCITS across a wide range of strategies and asset classes.

Having practiced for over 20 years in Ireland, the United Kingdom and the Cayman Islands, Derbhil has particular expertise in cross-jurisdictional structures.

Derbhil has extensive experience in Irish regulated funds and the Central Bank of Ireland and advises on ongoing regulatory developments in Ireland and the European Union including developments in SFDR and ESG regulation.
