Richard advises in the Dillon Eustace Tax team and is an AITI Chartered Tax Adviser.
He advises across tax heads on a wide range of tax matters relating to investment funds, real estate, banking, leasing, distressed debt, Revenue interventions, structured finance and securitisation products.
He is considered an expert in the area of VAT on property transactions.
Richard is also a leading adviser in international tax reporting requirements (such as FATCA and CRS) and has been a member of the Irish Fund’s FATCA/CRS committee since 2015.
He joined Dillon Eustace in 2011, having previously trained in a Big 4 accountancy practice.
