Richard advises in the Taxation team and is an AITI Chartered Tax Adviser. He joined Dillon Eustace in 2011, having previously trained in a Big 4 accountancy practice.

Richard advises across tax heads on a wide range of tax matters relating to structured finance, securitization products, investment funds, real estate, banking, leasing, distressed debt and Revenue interventions. He is considered an expert in the area of VAT on property transactions. Richard is also a leading adviser in international tax reporting requirements (such as FATCA and CRS) and has been a member of the Irish Fund’s Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) committee since 2015.
