Mr. Chang is a partner of Shin & Kim's Merger and Acquisition practice. Mr. Chang has been advising foreign and domestic companies in a wide range of industries including automobile, finance, construction, telecommunication, distribution, game, medicine, and alternative energy and private equity funds on the issues related to friendly M&A, joint venture, venture capital, establishment of domestic subsidiary and branch, and corporate governance. He has also advised a number of clients in hostile takeover. In addition, as a member of the firm’s Anti-trust practice, Mr. Chang has represented and advised various corporate clients on the issues relating to holding companies, unfair trade practices, collusions and franchising law.
