Jae-Hyon Ahn

Jae-Hyon Ahn is the co-head of Baker McKenzie Korea’s Finance & Projects group whose practice focuses on the development and financing of international energy and infrastructure projects representing key stakeholders, including sponsors/developers, financiers and contractors.

Jae is an expert in renewable energy and energy transition matters, having acted as the lead attorney in multiple solar, onshore & offshore wind, geothermal, biomass as well as hydrogen/ammonia transactions.

In addition, Jae regularly represents financial institutions and major international companies in connection with complex cross-border financing matters, including bank, structured and asset finance transactions.

Jae is also highly experienced in various aspects of general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures especially in relation to the energy and industrial sectors.
