Jack Creedon, a partner and global co-head of Ropes & Gray’s real estate investments and transactions group, represents real estate private equity funds, hedge funds, REITs, university endowments and other institutional investors in a wide variety of real estate transactional matters, including joint ventures and co-investments, real estate debt financings, distressed debt purchases and debt restructurings, complex acquisitions and dispositions, leasing (including sale-leasebacks) and ground-up development. Jack is also advising clients across industries and asset classes on real estate issues arising from the COVID-19 outbreak, including borrowers, lenders, landlords and tenants.
