Jacinta Irarrazabal

Jacinta Irarrazabal concentrates her practice in corporate and commercial law, advising Chilean and foreign clients in mergers and acquisitions transactions and in various corporate matters.

She has extensive experience advising a wide range of clients on their day-to-day corporate matters, such as the design of corporate structures, the initiation of activities in the country, and the negotiation and execution of commercial agreements.

Jacinta also advises several companies in the review and drafting of contracts and documents related to the provision of services, board of directors’ minutes, powers of attorney, authorizations, and by-law amendments, among other instruments relevant to the client's corporate control.
