Iwona Terlecka specialises in Polish and European law, with emphasis on the issues related to combating cartels, compliance programmes and dominant position. She has advised on the largest Polish cartel cases concerning a dominant position and also precedential procedural issues. She regularly represents clients in proceedings before civil court in actions for damages for infringements of competition law and protective consumer rights.

Iwona is an expert on merger control proceedings before the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and the European Commission.
